Today i went to one from the school my hostdad teaches in. Microbiology Class and Biology Lab went pretty good. Was really tasty and a new combination with the pickle \ud83d\ude02 I also went to a neighborhood center to see if they need a volunteer. It is connected to a series of underground tunnels, that reach far inside Florida. I enjoyed the boattrip i did with my host family \ud83d\ude42 saw some crocodiles, birds, plants and even manatees. And the water was crystal clear and refreshing. To end the day i watched &#8222;Jungle Cruise&#8220; in a local theater. So no college at all. I also started a tutoring session over zoom with a 4th grade student. In the evening, as i was studying for an exam (tomorrow\ud83d\udcda) there were two power blackouts. Florida State University Seminoles vs. Jacksonville State Gamecocks (Alabama). It was a great game and a stunning performance from all the players and the bands \ud83d\udc4f\ud83d\ude0d. Unfortunately FSU lost 17-20, due to a fatal touchdown in the last six seconds. Here they are already there and you don&#8217;t need to bring your own. So if a bacteria can digest glucose for example the first chamber will turn from original red to yellow (as you can see in the picture), because the bacteria digests the sugar which will make the color change. With this tube I can determine which bacteria I worked with \ud83d\udd2c<br><br>In the second picture you can see E.coli growing on an Eosin methylene blue plate.
